Your project will be produced to your exact needs through planning and consultation before and during the production process
Planning your project The first step before we start your project is to discuss exactly what you would like your project to achieve and in what format. In a relaxed atmosphere we will ask you a series of questions that will help us produce a product that really meets your needs. This is a very important process so that the right information is produced in the right sequence and on the right media. After this we can produce a specific plan that results in a product that has real value to the person using it. We will only start creating your product when you are entirely happy with the plan we have produced.
Video Equipment We use professional Sony video cameras to film your company training on an individual, group or workshop basis. Proper lighting is used where appropriate so that your video is properly exposed and without unwanted shadows. Different types of backgrounds can be set up for the smaller shoot. Chroma keying using a green screen can be used for animated still or motion backgrounds which is very effective when filming personal presentations like the example used on our interactive web video player.

Filming Process Individual and smaller presentations usually only require one camera but larger workshops require three to cover the presentation properly. When editing it means that we can use angles that cover the whole room, the person talking and the audience to give an interesting and rounded viewing experience. As with audio most problems can easily be edited out later so you don't have to worry about mistakes. Our whole approach is to make it an enjoyable experience so you can be focused and relaxed providing the content.
Editing your project Once the raw footage has been edited we will put it into subject chapters which will enable you to select any area you want to learn from but you can still watch the DVD from start to finish if you wish. If appropriate a narration track can be included to guide the viewer through an area that needs further explanation. A combination of slides, graphics or a Power Point presentation can also be included to improve the learning experience.

Audio Equipment When recording audio we use wireless microphones with body pack transmitters and receivers for workshops and presentations. A PA system can also be provided. For interviews a professional condenser microphone is used for great sound quality.
Re cording Process An interview type format is used when recording your specialist knowledge on a one to one basis. We usually come to you for this and use a place that is quiet without distractions or outside noise. The recording process is made as relaxed as possible and any coughs or mistakes can easily be edited out. If it's quite a long recording breaks are not a problem and will not affect the finished product in any way.

Audio Editing We divide the recording into separate tracks for different topics within the training subject, like a music CD would be for different songs. As mentioned earlier any mistakes, pauses or irrelevant content are edited out. Finally we start the CD with a short appropriate musical introduction and fade it into the recording. Another short piece of music is also used to fade in and out at the end to finish the CD.

Manuals CDs or audio tracks from DVDs can be transcribed to make a valuable manual which can be sold in it's own right or used to make a package with other information products. Your graphics and pictures can be added to enhance the learning experience. Manuals can be produced in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet your needs. Details on request.
Project Completion A preview DVD or CD will be made first to make sure you are entirely happy with the finished product. If certain aspects need to be changed then we can do that before any more copies are produced. Once you are satisfied further copies can be duplicated, printed and packaged as required. Your files will be stored on your own external hard drive so that you can have additions or amendments to your project at any time.
