Introduction  Training your staff or clients in any aspect of product knowledge, company procedure, or special skill, anywhere, at any location and at their own pace is a great way to learn.  This can be achieved through self teach materials like DVDs CDs and manuals with minimal support from you! Think how much time is spent teaching your staff to be more effective and therefore more profitable and how essential it is to keep that training up to date.  People learn in different ways and you can give them the option by learning visually through DVD, audibly by CD or have a manual to refer to at any time.  Of course a combination of all three can be produced if required.

Menu Driven DVDs  By using information products staff can follow along and learn with minimal support and if needed go over the same information as many times as they like.  Multiple staff can be trained through low cost duplication of the original product resulting in a very cost effective training system.  Menu driven DVDs are particularly useful because trainees can select any relevant section they wish to learn from without having to watch the whole DVD from start to finish.  If you have a product that needs detailed or technical instruction how to construct or use it why not consider having a 'How To' DVD produced.  This will dramatically reduce support issues saving you time and money and make life easier for your customers.

Service  We offer a friendly and unique personal service where we come to you and find out your training needs without obligation.  After consultation we can provide a service to record your specialist knowledge in audio or video and transcribe it into a manual if need.  Your graphics and pictures can then be added as required.  You are consulted at every stage of the process to ensure your complete satisfaction.  Once your DVD, CD or manual has been produced it can be duplicated and passed onto your staff so that they can start training straight away.

Types of recordings  Recordings can made of a demonstration, one to one interview, in a group or within a workshop environment.  This could include specialist skills, company procedure, product knowledge, sales training, customer service, health and safety or any other aspect of your business that needs to be taught.  The original recordings are kept on file for you so we can update them with new legislation or procedures whenever needed.

                             Duplication & Distribution Once master copies have been produced we can have your product printed in full colour, duplicated and packaged in any quantity.  Proofs of your artwork will always be provided for both disc and case before any duplication begins.  Your products can then be distributed directly to your customers without any work from you!  There are no minimum order requirements so when you need further copies all you have to do is give us a call.  This enables you to have a complete service from start to finish.  All prices available on request.
